Clinical Phase (12 months) – 44 credits

Clinical phase students are enrolled in Clinical Practicum 1-8 (PAS 671-678) in each respective semester. During each of those courses, the student will complete a 5-week clinical rotation in one of the required rotation disciplines:

    • Family Medicine
    • Emergency Medicine
    • Internal Medicine
    • Surgery
    • Pediatrics
    • Women’s Health (including prenatal and gynecologic care)
    • Behavioral and Mental Health Care
    • Elective (any specialty – must be approved by the Director of Clinical Education)
       

Year 2 Summer

  • PAS 661: Clinical Seminar I (1 credit)
  • PAS 671: Clinical Practicum 1 (5 credits)
  • PAS 672: Clinical Practicum 2 (5 credits)
     

Year 2 Fall

  • PAS 662: Clinical Seminar II (1 credit)
  • PAS 673: Clinical Practicum 3 (5 credits)
  • PAS 674: Clinical Practicum 4 (5 credits)
  • PAS 675: Clinical Practicum 5 (5 credits)
     

Year 3 Spring
